We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance team. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in financial reporting and taxation.

As Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, including statutory adjustments, quarterly and annual accounts, and tax compliance. You will also be responsible for coordinating with external auditors and ensuring that our financial systems are accurate and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and finalize statutory adjustments and compilation of CAR report
  • Prepare quarterly, half-yearly and annual statutory accounts in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs)
  • Coordinate external and tax audits
  • Prepare commentary for Balance sheet and reporting to stakeholders on a monthly basis
  • Review Income Tax Return and deal with tax consultants and taxation authorities
  • Prepare hard and soft close for Tax in LongView
  • Review Income tax workings
  • Finalize monthly accruals in coordination with different departments
  • Review JVs booked by the GL team
  • Prepare Commentary, Ratios & Analysis for Board
  • Review Audit Committee presentation and analysis
  • Prepare Entity Plan and its information gathering
  • Review schedules pertaining to Accounting & Tax team
  • Provide tax reporting's on a monthly and ad-hoc basis
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and related controls
  • Assist Company Secretary on secretarial compliance matters
  • Participate in annual report preparation and value addition initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / ACCA / MBA or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and taxation
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and local tax laws
  • Experience with audit coordination and financial systems
Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
