Job Title: Senior Manager Finance

The position requires a high-caliber finance professional to join as Senior Manager Finance. The ideal candidate should have a multidimensional experience in strategy, finance and operations with exposure to various functions and responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing monthly financial statements with analyses on revenue and operating cost trends.
  • Reviewing and finalizing group financial and non-financial reports. Forecasting and budgeting company business activities with in-depth analysis in areas of income, expenses and earnings.
  • Performing internal controls assessments and designing policies and procedures for the cost centers. Identifying potential business risks and designing controls to mitigate such risks.
  • Managing daily funds position for collections and bank accounts, approving cash flow forecasts and analyzing project funding needs.
  • Reviewing contractual agreements to ensure legal rights are properly established and safeguarded along with compliance with company policies.
  • Active involvement at planning stage of the business including forecasting product(s) profitability & designing financial strategies.
  • Finalization and analysis of Financial Statements and monitoring significant ratios and trends to achieve overall business plans;
  • To implement cost controlling system via standard costing and variance analysis, highlighting grey areas in operation.
  • Approaching and negotiating with financial institutions for financing/settlement as per management policy.
  • Efficiently developing tax returns filing plan of company as well as of directors with due consultation from tax advisors.
  • Evaluating Financial Risks, preparing Financial Forecasts, Financial Scenarios and other documents concerning capital management, writing reports and recommendations.
  • Effectively managing all statutory returns filing requirement under Companies Ordinance.
  • Sound internal control systems to minimize miss statement in work and establish system of Financial Controls governing acquisition and disposition of Financial Instruments.
  • Preparing budgeted financial statements, cash flows for various proposals of investments and selecting most profitable opportunities in absolute terms.

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate must be a member of any national or international professional accounting body or hold Master of Business Administration degree. At least 10 years post qualification experience in Capital Market or financial institution is required. Compensation package will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualification.
