Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to lead our Modern Trade and E-Commerce sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing large key accounts, and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic business decisions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all IMT channels.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Lead and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and develop their skills.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in Modern Trade/Key Account Management within a leading FMCG company.
- Proven ability in managing large IMT accounts (e.g., Metro, Carrefour, Al-Fatah, Imtiaz, Daraz, Panda).
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
