Job Title

This role involves pre-installation, configuration, and testing of solutions. The technical consultant will be responsible for interacting with the engineering team and providing technical expertise on solution delivery fundamentals.

The key responsibilities include:

  • ">

  • Providing technical input to pre-sales activities.

    ">

  • Preparing, maintaining, and owning all relevant activities and deliverables from the project delivery lifecycle.

    ">

  • Planning and executing onsite and/or offsite assembly, configuration, and testing of solutions.

    ">

  • Assisting in the resolution of issues in production systems.

    ">

  • Supporting project team staff to meet deadlines and priorities.

    ">

  • Providing input on product and customer-specific functionality, configuration, and usage.

    ">

  • Staying updated on underlying technology and architecture.

    ">

  • Sharing skills and experience with other groups.

    ">

  • Identifying and assisting in resolving key issues and risks.

    ">

  • Understanding and following methodologies, processes, policies, and values.

    ">

  • Providing support and encouragement to team members.

    ">

  • Able to travel as reasonably requested.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent experience.

    ">

  • Relevant technical experience in telecommunications, intelligent networks, and/or next generation networks.
