Summary:

We are seeking an experienced training professional to join our team. As a Training and Talent Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, education, or training, with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing training programs, analyzing employee learning needs, and facilitating key programs such as talent development and new hire orientations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs aligned with organizational objectives
  • Analyze employee learning needs and develop effective training strategies
  • Facilitate key training programs, including talent development and new hire orientations
  • Manage communication of L&D strategies and employee participation across training programs
  • Stay updated on learning trends, theories, and technologies

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Education, or Training
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
