Software Engineering Leadership Opportunity

Confiz is seeking a seasoned software engineer to lead high-quality software development using DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multidimensional projects involving multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Design and review architecture and solutions alongside peers, promoting innovation and collaboration.
  • Guide and mentor other software engineers on design best practices and code quality, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering problems, facilitating root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices, including GitLab and GitHub.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash), YAML, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and shell scripting.
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure management using Terraform for various cloud providers.
  • Experience with containerized deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless or managed services.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytic skills, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
