About the Role

You will be responsible for executing projects that enhance operational efficiency and adapt to evolving supply chain demands. Your expertise will be pivotal in inspiring and overseeing a team of skilled engineers, driving proactive improvement, and championing innovations that shape the industry.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop a forward-thinking capital investment plan aligning with a 5-year horizon of the site.
  • Oversight of the capital investment process from initiation to completion, ensuring project delivery is on time, within budget, and meets specifications.
  • Collaboration with site management to provide a comprehensive view of investment plans, securing necessary resources for successful project completion.
  • Lead the team to meet project success criteria with strong adherence to timelines and budgets, complete appraisals and close-out reports.
  • Promote continuous improvement across systems, practices, and process deliveries, encouraging a culture that values progress.
