  • Oversee the entire hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboard new hires effectively.
  • Design and manage onboarding processes that expedite the integration of new employees.
  • Maintain and organize internal documentation, SOPs, and knowledge systems efficiently.
  • Support managers with team coordination, scheduling, and communication workflows to ensure cohesion.
  • Promote smooth collaboration across a remote international team.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and performance processes, helping to build a strong team culture.
What You Bring
  • Experience in hiring, HR, or people operations with a proven track record.
  • A background in direct response e-commerce or fast-paced online businesses is advantageous.
  • Ability to lead and manage remote international teams.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Capacity to design and implement effective onboarding systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
