We are seeking a talented Pharmacy Manager to lead our team and drive success in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Job Description

A Pharmacy Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a pharmacy, ensuring that all activities align with legal, ethical, and safety standards. This includes managing staff, inventory, and regulatory compliance, as well as providing guidance and counseling to patients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to multitask, and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train pharmacy staff to optimize customer service and workflow.
  • Inventory and Stock Management: Oversee medication inventory and ensure proper stocking of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the pharmacy complies with all local and federal regulations, including those related to controlled substances.
  • Patient Care: Provide guidance and counseling to patients regarding their prescriptions and potential drug interactions.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage pharmacy budgets to optimize revenue streams.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Quality Control: Implement safety protocols for handling, storage, and disposal of medications.
