Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with specialized expertise in pavement condition analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure-related data analysis, with a particular focus on the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) methodology in accordance with ASTM D6433.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing PCI solutions, as well as mentoring junior analysts and leading project teams. Proficiency in tools such as GIS, PAVER, and AI-driven analytics platforms is highly valued, combined with a talent for data visualization and deriving strategic insights from complex datasets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for innovation and excellence in designing and developing advanced technological solutions and asset management strategies for the transportation and infrastructure sector.
  • Lead the data annotations program, overseeing a team of over 30 infrastructure data annotators.
  • Responsible for quality assurance and timely completion of service delivery projects.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert in the development of AI-based PCI procedures including identification of distresses, extents, and severities.
  • Manage the integration of pavement condition data with enterprise-level transportation systems, ensuring seamless interoperability with GIS and asset management platforms.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and analysts in PCI processes, survey technologies, and data interpretation, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
  • Drive strategic initiative planning, including deliverables, prioritization, and execution.
