Our organization seeks an experienced professional to lead the development of a central Professional Testing Practice. This key role will drive improvements across all facets of testing and provide mentoring and monitoring of testing services.

The ideal candidate will establish and lead the practice, defining and delivering the Testing Strategy and standards, including frameworks, processes, methodologies, and tooling. They will also manage process management, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring adoption by teams.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to identify and raise key issues and risks associated with testing. The successful candidate will ensure training is provided for testing members and QA professionals and monitor the adoption of tools within existing environments.

Additionally, they will provide standards and guidance for testing evidence suitable for audit review and establish a Cyber QA community of practice.

Key Responsibilities
