Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic RPA Developer to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workloads.

Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities, supporting the development and implementation of RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Make etc., collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery, conducting testing and troubleshooting of RPA workflows to ensure functionality and performance, documenting processes, procedures, and RPA solutions for future reference and compliance, participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance RPA skills and knowledge, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in RPA technology.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 Years of experience on relevant tools & technologies.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, VB) is a plus.
  • Understanding of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
