Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Advisory Sales Specialist. This role involves establishing and maintaining strong sales account relationships within a designated territory, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
- Establish and manage sales accounts relationships in assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new customer acquisition.
- Conduct cold calls for potential leads.
- Responsible for conducting field visits in the assigned territory.
- Communicate with established leads within the territory and develop reports.
- Achieving growth and sale targets by successfully managing the sales and KPIs.
- Ensure availability of all brands, packs and SKUs.
- New accounts conversion & retention of existing customers.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns with the help of Trade Marketing team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage sales relationships in the assigned territory.
- Acquire new customers through identification and pursuit.
- Make cold calls to potential leads.
- Visit fields in the assigned territory for collection of data.
- Develop reports on established leads.
- Maintain target achievement by managing sales effectively.
- Ensure that all available products are accessible.
- Convert new accounts into long-term partnerships.
- Plan promotional activities with marketing teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas.
