Business Development and Sales Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have a blend of sales and business development techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with the Lead Generation Team to mature leads and generate new business opportunities through own network, LinkedIn, and existing clients.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and understanding their business needs.
  • Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote and sell additional products.
  • Product Demonstrations: Schedule and conduct product demonstrations with prospective clients, showcasing unique value propositions and features of SaaS solutions.
  • Proposal Writing: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that meet client needs.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service delivery.
  • Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain key accounts and prevent churn.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to revenue, client acquisition, and retention.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, account status, and progress towards targets.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development and sales in IT or software industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, account management, cross-selling, and up-selling techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their unique business needs.
  • Possess good market knowledge.
