Radiology Department Manager

This role involves overseeing the operations of a radiology department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct staff to achieve optimal performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a cohesive work environment and enhance patient care.
- Assess and address concerns or grievances from physicians, staff, and patients in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and monitor equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a relevant field, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
