We are seeking a skilled Senior HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for commissioning and servicing of chillers and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Commissioning of chillers and HVAC systems.
  2. Repairing all types of HVAC equipment.
  3. Customer follow-ups and meetings according to schedule.
  4. Team management & coordination with service coordinators for their needs such as parts.
  5. Weekly meetings with the team about concerns like safety, site audits, and backlogs.
  6. Update to service managers & coordinators for the monthly plan.
Job Requirements:
  1. Responsible for commissioning & servicing of chillers and HVAC systems.
  2. Attending to and handling all models of chillers and low side equipment complaints as per ASM instructions and company guidelines.
  3. Carrying out timely PPM for chillers as per company SOP.
  4. Performing RCA for failures and sharing findings with Quality teams & FFL.
  5. Ensuring adherence to EHS guidelines as per Trane standards.
  6. Handling all customer service requirements.
  7. Generating leads.
  8. Ensuring quality job execution and smooth, timely completion of service tasks.
  9. Providing daily reports to the office & ASM.
  10. Sharing service reports with parts requirements to deployers.
  11. Holding driving licenses for 4-wheeler/2-wheeler.
  12. Ensuring all safety and vehicle audit requirements are followed and honored.
  13. Service technicians should have practical hands-on experience with chiller installation, warranty, and AMC services.
  14. Service technicians should have operational experience with MS Office, Internet, Mail, etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Prior experience with chiller installation, warranty, and AMC services is preferred.
  • Operational experience with MS Office, Internet, Mail, etc.
