Job Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments and reassessments to ensure timely and effective care.
- Identify urgent cases and manage them promptly.
- Practice evidence-based medicine to provide high-quality patient care.
- Calculate medication dosages and provide prescriptions accordingly.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with patients as requested.
- Evaluate patient conditions and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Refer patients to relevant healthcare facilities when necessary.
- Participate in educational activities such as CMEs, Grand Rounds, and Journal Clubs.
- Adhere to infection control practices in the workplace.
- Support teaching activities for undergraduate students at the Medical College.
- MBBS degree from a HEC recognized university; additional diploma or MCPS preferred.
- At least ten years post-MBBS experience in related areas; eight years with additional diploma or MCPS.
- Able to understand patient issues and communicate effectively with faculty, staff, patients, and their families.
- Ability to make informed decisions and develop solutions to address root causes of problems.
- Able to act quickly in crisis situations and adapt communication style to suit audience needs.
