As a Family Medicine Physician - Clinical Leadership, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, leading clinical teams, and driving improvements in healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, taking into account individual patient needs and preferences.
  • Lead clinical teams, providing guidance and support to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in family medicine, staying current with the latest research, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, referring patients to relevant specialists when necessary.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Support the development of junior doctors and medical students, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow professionally.
Requirements
  • Hold an MBBS degree from a recognized university, with a preferred additional diploma or MCPS in a relevant field.
  • Have at least eight years of post-MBBS experience in related areas, including leadership roles and clinical expertise.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills, enabling you to inspire and motivate clinical teams.
  • Make informed decisions by weighing factors and developing solutions to complex problems and challenges.
  • Act quickly in crisis situations, providing calm and effective leadership to patients, families, and clinical teams.
  • Exhibit strong written communication skills, particularly in patient care documentation and reporting.
