About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Tarnol Super Mart. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Check expiry items and arrange their replacement in a timely manner to maintain stock levels and prevent losses.
  • Sales and Marketing: Deal with companies' sales presentations to negotiate prices and ensure that our customers receive the best deals available.
  • Customer Service: Order items to meet customer demands, ensuring that all customers leave the store satisfied with their purchases.
  • Stock Control: Check new stock as per order before payment to prevent any discrepancies or errors.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise the rack boys/salesman to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a neat and clean environment of the store, including the warehouse, to provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee stock in the warehouse, ensuring that it is properly stored and organized to prevent damage or loss.
  • Customer Demand: Note down customer demands to identify trends and patterns in sales, enabling us to make informed decisions about stock levels and product offerings.
  • Stock Levels: Maintain stock level of each item, ensuring that we always have enough stock to meet customer demand without overstocking.
