Job Title: Product Manager – Generative AI Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) product development to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad, with required flexibility to travel to the UAE for short-term client engagement.

The ideal candidate has experience working closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to bring innovative AI features and platforms to life. They should have a strong understanding of Generative AI tools and platforms, as well as proven track records of launching successful AI-driven products across web or enterprise platforms.

  • Define and lead the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for GenAI-powered solutions.
  • Align product direction with market opportunities, customer needs, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Vision

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather, prioritize, and define clear product requirements.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on GenAI trends and emerging use cases.

Requirement Gathering & Roadmap Planning

  • Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure seamless development and delivery of GenAI features.

  • Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders and ensure alignment across departments.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Evaluate user behavior and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Maintain data-informed decision-making and adjust the roadmap based on user and market feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field.

  • 8 to 12+ years of experience, including hands-on product management of GenAI or AI/ML-powered solutions.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
