Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing customized physical therapy programs to enhance patient outcomes, alleviate pain, and prevent dysfunction.

  1. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  2. They will provide education to patients and physiotherapy staff on preventive and curative health care practices.
  3. Additionally, they will supervise physiotherapists and interns in treatment decision-making and communication strategies.
  4. The role also involves delivering lectures and workshops on research methodologies, evidence-based practice, and advanced clinical topics for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  5. Furthermore, they will guide students in research projects, including proposal development, data analysis, and publication processes.
  6. Maintenance of compliance with regulatory requirements is also a critical aspect of this role, ensuring accurate documentation and contributing to curriculum development.
  7. The ideal candidate will also be able to record patient progress, meet statistical needs, and contribute to staff professional development.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A BSPT or DPT degree, M.Sc.PT or MPhil, with 8-10 years of experience as a Physiotherapist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
