Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Office Support Staff to maintain our office environment's cleanliness and hygiene. The ideal candidate will ensure all workspaces, common areas, and restrooms are clean, well-maintained, and organized.

  • Maintain cleanliness in kitchens, washrooms, and common spaces by regularly sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Ensure trash cans are emptied daily and garbage bins are maintained
  • Refill toiletries and kitchen supplies as needed
  • Perform general cleaning of office areas including floors, desks, windows, and furniture
  • Assist in serving tea/water to guests or staff when required
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the administration
  • Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in office cleaning or support roles (preferred but not mandatory) and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should also be honest, punctual, and dependable with basic communication skills.
