Remote Career Opportunity

We're hiring Virtual Assistants to take on essential administrative tasks and contribute to real impact.

This is a full-time / part-time schedule opportunity with flexible hours, allowing you to choose part-time or full-time hours based on your schedule. Some of your work hours must overlap with the USA eastern time zone.

A collaborative mindset with an eagerness to help and support others is highly valued in this role. You will be working from home, anywhere in the world, and will have access to ongoing support and mentorship to learn valuable tools and gain transferable skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve results in a team environment.
  • Follow instructions and tasks provided by the Supervisor.
  • Perform administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Manage data entry, including creating leads, contacts, deals, and updating records.
  • Organize pipelines and move deals through stages effectively.
  • Conduct research, analyze findings, and compile data for business purposes.
  • Support various projects or departments with ad hoc tasks.
