Job Title: Assistant Training Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced training professional to join our team as an Assistant Training Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and delivering targeted training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across various departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering customized training programs tailored to the pet food industry, including product formulation, manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and create specialized training content.
  • Conducting onboarding training for new hires to ensure understanding of industry standards and company policies.
  • Monitoring training effectiveness through assessments, on-the-job performance, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Maintaining and updating training materials with the latest industry developments, scientific research, and regulatory updates.
  • Managing training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing training process enhancements.
  • Assisting in preparing reports and presentations on training impact for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Food Technology, Animal Nutrition, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in training or learning & development, preferably within the pet food, animal nutrition, or food manufacturing industry.
  • Sound understanding of pet food manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
