About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced tax professional to join our team as a Tax Advisory Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to clients on corporate tax matters, helping them navigate complex tax regulations and ensure compliance with tax laws.

As a Tax Advisory Specialist, you will work closely with clients to identify areas of improvement in their tax strategies and develop customized solutions to optimize their tax positions. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of tax services, including tax planning, compliance, and controversy resolution.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing expert tax advice to clients on corporate tax matters, including tax planning, compliance, and controversy resolution;
  2. Conducting tax research and analyzing data to identify trends and areas of improvement in client tax strategies;
  3. Developing and implementing customized tax solutions to optimize client tax positions;
  4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of tax services;
  5. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in corporate taxation, preferably with experience working in a large professional services firm or similar environment. You will also need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, law, or taxation, and preferably an MBA, Master's, LLM, or other advanced degree in a related field. Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent qualification will be highly valued.
