Strategic Performance Marketing Professional

The role involves overseeing the execution, management, and optimization of performance advertising campaigns across various platforms. This position presents an opportunity to shape digital campaigns that drive measurable results and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Zalo Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and develop compelling ad copy.
- Perform A/B testing and recommend continuous performance improvements.
- Implement tracking pixels, conversion tags, and event monitoring through Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable reports using Looker Studio / Data Studio.
- Collaborate with a remote team to align on campaign strategy and performance goals.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and at least one additional platform (e.g., Meta, TikTok).
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with TikTok Business Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Keyword Planner.
- Strong copywriting skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Google Ads certification is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and excellent communication skills in English.
