Business Developer / Upwork Bidder

We are seeking a Business Developer / Upwork Bidder to identify and bid on potential projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships through professional communication, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver compelling proposals. This individual will work towards meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets while conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and bid on projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to expand our network and capabilities.
  2. Maintain open lines of communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and build long-lasting relationships.
  3. Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective proposals that showcase our expertise.
  4. Achieve sales targets by working diligently and staying focused on results.
  5. Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the industry.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Upwork bidding is preferred.
  • A deep understanding of the Upwork platform and its various features.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Strong proposal writing and client handling abilities to drive business growth.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
