Experienced Bidder for Web Development, Digital Marketing, & Social Media Projects (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Actively monitor and analyze project postings on Upwork and potentially other freelance platforms.
  • Quickly and efficiently assess project requirements and determine project suitability.
  • Craft compelling, tailored, and persuasive proposals that highlight our relevant skills and experience.
  • Manage and organize submitted bids, tracking their status and follow-up as needed.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current trends and best practices in web development, digital marketing, and social media.
  • Contribute to refining our bidding strategies and proposal templates for increased success.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with the team regarding potential opportunities and bid status.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (1 year +/-) in successfully bidding for projects in web development, digital marketing, and/or social media management on freelance platforms (Upwork experience highly preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to understand project requirements and client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality in all submitted proposals.
  • Familiarity with various web development technologies, digital marketing strategies, and social media platforms is a plus.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
