Job Description
  • Drive the organization forward by assisting the board and staff in developing long-range and annual plans, and evaluating progress.
  • Oversee the preparation of an annual report summarizing progress on short and long-range plans.
  • Research and write discussion papers, analysis documents, and proposals to aid in goal determination and achievement.
  • Make recommendations regarding investment and cash strategies.
  • Oversee the preparation of the annual budget, regular variance statements, and annual audit.
  • Provide vision for the overall financial health of the company.
  • Make recommendations for effective utilization of long-term and short-term debt, including refinancing and purchasing/sales.
  • Lead fundraising efforts.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of production and quality control data and records.
  • Oversee and ensure high safety standards at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance & Marketing or relevant field is required. Minimum 10 years experience in the corporate sector is necessary.
