The Affiliate Manager role at Bd Grow Tech involves developing and executing sales strategies to grow our affiliate network. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and supporting high-value partners to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales strategies to attract new affiliate partners, leveraging social media, content marketing, and relationship-building.
- Negotiate and agree on cooperation terms with potential partners, aligning with our business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to foster continued growth and success.
- Monitor partner performance and provide actionable feedback to improve engagement and revenue.
- Pursue ongoing learning and improvement opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness and partner satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Analytics.
- Proven ability to drive results-oriented partnerships and negotiate effective agreements.
- Fluency in English, with exceptional writing and speaking abilities.
