About the Job:

We are seeking a talented Sales Growth Strategist to join our team in Bangalore. As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth within the South Zone. You will manage and nurture key relationships with DSOs, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the dental industry within the South Zone.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to drive growth within existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs effectively.
  • Contract Negotiation & Renewals: Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and conditions, with DSOs.
  • Training & Development: Educate DSOs about company products and services, ensuring they are well-informed and can maximize benefits from partnerships.
  • Event & Relationship Management: Represent the Straumann Group at relevant industry events, conferences, and client meetings within the South Zone.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a focus on dental or healthcare industries.
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts and tasks.
    • Proficient in CRM systems, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite.
