About the Role

Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years applied experience, including 5+ years leading technologists in complex environments.
  • Skills: Formal training or certification in Java, hands-on skills in Python and AI frameworks like LangChain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, leadership experience managing and mentoring cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
