
Senior Appointment Setter

This is a key appointment setting position where you will be responsible for building new business pipelines and opportunities for our clients.
You will use prospect lists to establish dialogue with senior business owners, C-suite, and leadership teams via phone and email. You will need to understand their situations and needs, capture key information, secure face-to-face appointments, and follow up post-appointment.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be part of a growing team of B2B sales and marketing experts based in Australia and servicing clients across Australia and New Zealand.
Our services include B2B Sales Consulting: turning sporadic sales into a consistent revenue generation machine, B2B Sales Coaching: making every team member a star performer, and B2B Appointment Setting: booking new business meetings straight into client calendars.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain an excellent CRM system, recording all activity accurately.
- Nurture your pipeline, organise follow-up meetings, or notify client directors as needed.
- Monitor pipeline health, identify areas for improvement, and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

- The ability to listen effectively, ask pertinent questions, and remain calm under pressure.
