Job Title: Executive Support Professional
About the Role:- We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Executive Support Professional to join our team.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring seamless logistics and execution.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and other materials for executive review and approval.
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, ensuring timely updates and notifications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including departments and teams.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with executives, colleagues, and external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint), with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
