The role of a Marketing Manager involves overseeing and executing social media marketing campaigns, developing content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and utilizing effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing abilities and the capacity to create engaging social media content.

Responsibilities include:

  • PPC Campaign Management: Developing, executing, and managing PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, and social media. Conducting keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization. Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance and adjusting strategies to achieve KPIs. Collaborating with the marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing plans. Implementing and managing SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and website traffic. Utilizing A/B testing and other methods to optimize ad performance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on website and PPC performance metrics. Using data insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies. Preparing detailed reports for management on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Budget Management: Managing PPC budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and ROI. Allocating budget across campaigns based on performance and strategic priorities.
  • Market Research: Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and PPC. Conducting competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Communicating campaign results and strategies to stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and PPC campaign management.
  • A proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns with measurable results.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SEO and SEM and lead generation strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Certification in Google Ads or similar credentials.
