Senior Human Resources Professional

This role is responsible for leading the human resources function, focusing on talent acquisition and management, employee relations, performance evaluation, and policy development. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in HR roles.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly into the organization.
Performance Management:
  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve conflicts amicably through open communication and negotiation.
  • Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.
Policy Development & Compliance:
  • Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with employment regulations, maintaining a strong legal framework.
Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, making data-driven decisions for improvement.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Assist in developing competitive compensation structures that align with industry standards and organizational goals.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, addressing related inquiries and providing clear information.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
  • Maintain and analyze HR data to inform decision-making, using metrics to drive business outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR activities and outcomes, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. In-depth knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR best practices is preferred, as well as experience in organizational development and change management.

This role requires a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across departments to achieve common goals. A strong command of HR software and systems is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
