We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee medical operations in our Karachi Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising medical staff, implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with other departments to promote employee health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct medical teams within the region.
  • Develop and implement medical strategies to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting of health, safety, environment, and quality standards.
  • Take on additional assignments as instructed by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • MBBS with at least 9 years of experience; MCPS preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
