We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Facilitator to join our team.

About the Role:

As an Agile Project Facilitator, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching team members on Agile best practices, and identifying impediments that hinder team progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

  • Coaching team members on Agile principles and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Removing impediments that hinder team progress and collaborating with Product Owners, Data Analysts, and Engineers to ensure timely and quality delivery.

  • Tracking and communicating team metrics and progress, as well as maintaining and managing tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps to support team workflows.

  • Fostering an environment of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an Agile facilitator, preferably in IT or data-focused teams. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and/or Kanban is required, along with proven experience in facilitating teams using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in data environments (analytics, data platforms, data engineering) is a plus, as is familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD processes, and exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
