About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Transformation Specialist to lead our Agile teams and drive business outcomes. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals through effective Agile implementation.

As an Agile Transformation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to guide our Agile teams in adopting and implementing Agile principles, practices, and frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance team performance, efficiency, and productivity.

Your expertise will be invaluable in facilitating Scrum events, such as Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Refinement sessions, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives. You will also collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood by every member of the Agile team.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to build trust and foster teamwork across all levels of the organization. Your ability to facilitate constructive debate and resolve disagreements and conflicts constructively will be essential in maintaining a positive and productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum events and coach Agile teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear and concise features and user stories.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Facilitate constructive debate and resolve conflicts constructively.


Requirements:
  • Experience leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks.
