Financial Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified professional to join our team as a Property Accountant.
The successful candidate will work remotely, managing and monitoring daily accounting operations for rental properties.
- Perform daily accounting tasks on rental properties, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Maintain records of received tenants' rent payments, including payment dates and amounts.
- Conduct account reconciliations to verify tenant statements, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Accomplish general ledger entries, manage cash balances, and maintain financial records in accordance with industry standards.
- Analyze accounts records to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and issue tenant statements, providing clear and concise financial information.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in general accounting or estate property accounting is essential.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel) and experience with accounting software (Quickbooks) are required.
A strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
