Head of Commercial Growth

Drive go-to-market growth across healthcare and emerging sectors by developing strategic business plans, building commercial teams, closing deals, and identifying expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development roadmaps for healthcare and adjacent sectors
  • Research and prioritize new industry use cases where our AI platform can add value
Leadership & Team-Building:
  • Recruit, mentor, and scale a team of sales professionals and marketing specialists
  • Establish clear KPIs, run performance reviews, and foster a high-velocity sales culture
Strategic Partnerships:
  • Forge integrations and co-sell deals with industry-specific platforms
  • Cultivate relationships with key partners, investors, and thought leaders across verticals
AI-Powered Sales Excellence:
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce Einstein and Gong.ai for personalized outreach, pipeline forecasting, and upsell identification
  • Continuously optimize playbooks based on data insights
Reporting & Representation:
  • Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly forecasts to executive leadership
  • Represent us at conferences, industry roundtables, and client events in healthcare and finance
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in B2B sales or business development at tech-driven firms, consistently exceeding targets
  • Comfort rapidly learning new verticals and translating AI capabilities to each
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience positioning complex software solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and scale a commercial team in a startup environment
  • Experience engaging C-level and technical stakeholders; excellent negotiation and relationship skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Life Sciences, or related field
Prior success forming partnerships with industry-specific software vendors
