Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Lead to drive business growth and meet sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for approaching new customers, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and promoting and selling IT products and managed services.

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for IT services, including Managed Services (MSP), Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), Cybersecurity Services, IT Consulting and Advisory Services, and Digital Transformation Services.
  2. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key sectors (e.g., enterprise, SMB, government).
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, system integrators, and technology partners.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, DevOps).
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, technical, marketing) to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.
  7. Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  8. Develop and manage sales budgets and resources.
Preferred Skills

The ideal candidate should possess:

  1. Experience in selling Managed Services SLAs and IT infrastructure solutions.
  2. Knowledge of IT Products, IP Telephony, NOC, Managed Services, and IT support services.
  3. Minimum 2 years of IT services sales management experience.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  2. Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in the IT sector.
  3. Strong understanding of IT Managed Services, including networks, IP telephony, contact center solutions, NOC, and IT hardware.
  4. Ability to develop strategies and implement them to achieve sales growth.
