We are seeking experienced professionals for a Field Sales Officer position.

  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to add new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Efficiently manage tasks and track KPIs within the CRM tool.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate agencies portfolio in assigned area/region.
  • Conduct daily field visits, demonstrating products and services to secure impactful deals.
  • Achieve revenue growth as per the regional business plan.
  • Revive lost clients to minimize churn and identify new business opportunities.

Key Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation, active listening, problem-solving, critical thinking, and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate agencies in your assigned area/region. Additionally, you will need to be able to revive lost clients and identify new business opportunities.
