About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for leading complex end-to-end ERP implementations and integrations, managing project teams and milestones, ensuring client satisfaction, and growing and developing the professional services practice.

The successful candidate must have a passion for helping businesses find creative ways to use technology to more effectively run their operations. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that address these requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients to determine system requirements
  • Preparing Business Requirements Documents and Solution Design Documents to present the strategy, architecture, and design of proposed solutions
  • Implementing and configuring ERP systems to address business needs and processes, including system setup, Chart of Accounts, and advanced accounting configuration
  • Building reports, saved searches, and dashboards that provide comprehensive and forward-looking Business Intelligence
  • Migrating legacy transactional and entity data from existing databases to ERP systems
  • Establishing test cases and leading User Acceptance Testing with core client stakeholders to ensure system configuration objectives are met
  • Creating training/support documentation and driving end-user training to promote user adoption
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience with enterprise applications, including CRM and ERP, in consulting, enterprise software implementation, or business process consulting
  • Experience in change management and business process analysis, as well as pre-sales/business development activities along with delivery of ERP implementation projects
  • Ability to translate customer business requirements into business solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Information Systems
