Job Overview:

This role involves planning and implementing monitoring, evaluation, and research activities, leading technical approaches, assessments, and knowledge dissemination. Success depends on expertise in M&E frameworks, SDGs, data analysis, and strong communication skills. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential.

We seek an experienced research, monitoring, and evaluation professional for this position. This role requires the development of M&E systems and databases, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in program planning, coordination, and reporting, as well as knowledge of quantitative and qualitative M&E methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement M&E plans, frameworks, and tools.
  • Create dashboards and analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Manage budgets and project timelines effectively.
  • Prepare reports for stakeholders, ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and learning.
  • Document best practices and lessons learned.
Accountability, Learning, and Knowledge Management:
  • Mitigate risks related to RME activities and ensure policy compliance.
  • Develop community accountability mechanisms and promote transparency.
  • Integrate RME findings into program design and policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address knowledge gaps and improve programming.
Presentation and Communication:
  • Presents results to stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Represents the organization at external meetings and conferences.
Requirements:
  • An advanced degree in a relevant field (public health, epidemiology, etc.).
  • At least 15 years' experience in M&E.
  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative M&E methodologies.
  • Understanding of research ethics and sampling approaches.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
