Data Infrastructure Specialist

The Database Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of databases, which form the backbone of an organization's data infrastructure. As a key member of the technical team, this professional will be responsible for daily database maintenance and development work.
Key Responsibilities:- Focus on database administration and SQL development activities for both MySQL and SQL Server databases.
- Maintain and sustain existing database infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide standby, on-call, and support for MySQL/SQL Server databases, ensuring seamless operations at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to identify and address database needs through effective communication.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve development and organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proficiency in database and development environments, including Linux.
- Foresight, analysis, and logical planning skills are essential for success in this role.
- Experience with various database tools and techniques is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required to overcome complex challenges.
