Job Title: Credit Recovery Specialist

Job Description

The primary role of the Credit Recovery Specialist is to ensure that recovery activities are performed efficiently through allocated accounts. This involves ensuring that monthly targets are achieved, and compliance with regulatory guidelines and key performance indicators (KPIs) is maintained.

In this position, you will be responsible for timely calling to write off customers and communicate with them regarding payment of outstanding liabilities. You will also contact customers within the prescribed time frame and procedure, and ensure that customer complaints and queries are properly addressed or routed to the supervisor using the escalation matrix.

Furthermore, you will identify potential process/service enhancements for continuous improvement and ensure that recovery activity is comprehensively updated in the in-house collection system on a daily basis.
