Job Description

As a critical member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our rapidly growing business.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend infrastructure solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to design and implement system architecture that meets business requirements.
  • Work with QA teams to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to the growth of the engineering team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in backend/infrastructure development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Rust and Python, strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and networking fundamentals.
  • Infrastructure Experience: Experience managing infrastructure and deploying services in AWS.
  • Networking Experience: Familiarity with Envoy or similar network proxies (e.g., Istio, HAProxy, NGINX).
  • Operating System Experience: Comfortable working with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux systems.
