Senior Java Software Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Java Developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern tools, a strong passion for building resilient systems, and excellent communication skills.

  • Develop scalable data pipelines and services using Java 21 and Spring, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance.
  • Contribute to the technical architecture of our data platform, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate real-time and batch systems, driving seamless data flow.
  • Write clean, testable, and production-grade Java code for high-throughput data applications, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize distributed systems, leveraging expertise in AWS Kinesis, RabbitMQ, and Elasticsearch.
  • Drive improvements to our codebase, infrastructure, and development processes, serving as a technical leader and mentor within the team.

To be successful, you will possess:

  • A strong background in Java (preferably Java 17–21) and Spring (Boot, Data, etc.), with solid understanding of distributed systems and backend service design.
  • Practical experience with tools like DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, S3, and RabbitMQ, as well as CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and cloud infrastructure (especially AWS).
  • A proactive mindset, ability to take ownership of features and systems, and clear communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
