Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and account reconciliations.
  2. Bookkeeping: Process day-to-day transactions, ensuring timely and accurate recording.
  3. Financial Updates: Provide regular financial updates, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Invoice Processing: Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports with precision and efficiency.
  5. Month-End Closing: Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  6. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, identifying areas for optimization and implementing strategies to improve liquidity.
  7. Tax Compliance: Ensure tax filings are completed accurately and on time, maintaining compliance with tax regulations.
  8. Petty Cash Transactions: Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions, minimizing discrepancies and optimizing use of funds.
  9. Financial Planning: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  10. Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  11. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting operations, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
Required Skills:
